about (the sh*t …i’ve pulled)

…..i could tell you about my phd, my house in the cotswolds, my harley street practice and add a picture of me sitting in front of a bookcase…but no…..that wouldn’t be about me..

i was born in barking, east london, raised in a council house in dagenham, moved to posh cheshire in my late teens.

from a good but unsettled home, excelling in sports, a-level failures and re-takes, low confidence and teenage anxiety. university p*ss ups, unconsciously joining a corporate graduate scheme, much career success, a lovely wife, a good life, children, big house, big cars, living and working in europe and asia, depression and prozac, losing my religion and discovering spirituality, divorce, living in a bedsit, re-building, freelancing, coaching training with the coaches training institute - affiliated to the international coach federation, the start of my coaching practice in 2014.

a new lovely wife, a new son, a good life, an unexpected adhd diagnosis, an unexpected love of motorcycling, another divorce, time and space to find peace of mind, matching adhd management with spirituality, walks by the beach, lifelong music addiction, all-round embarrassing dad….

day job as a commercial specialist buying things on behalf of large organisations and coaching part-time, writing and aspiring to do speaking engagements….

now living in east london with my two labradors - ben and darcy, cherishing the vibrancy of this place and watching west ham..

personal and spiritual journey on-going, peace of mind?…..choosing acceptance and playfulness and hoping I f**ck this up..

love doing this work with other souls…..imperfectly perfect…….all of us.
