inner work - this is what happens when you wake up to yourself

i’ll explain the link to maslow in a sec…

the steps

step one - suffering - this could be mental or physical suffering

step two - awareness - this grows as you start to search for explanations - why am I feeling like this? why do the things I used to do no longer provide satisfaction?

step three - the washing machine - this is the cycle of more suffering, the green shoots of self acceptance, temporary isolation and withdrawal from others (visible or otherwise), small steps,… small steps

step four - love  - love begins to bloom inside for yourself, self-compassion as you allow yourself to feel emotions that you have locked away for many years, you start to grieve the loss of your false self, the persona you created to protect yourself from things or people that hurt you

step five - expression - you start to express how you feel, this could show up in small choices you start to make that better align with who you actually have always been beneath the protective persona

step six - engagement - you engage and connect with others on a whole other level. people in a different place will start to fall away and be replaced by a smaller group of true advocates of the real you. let them go..they have their own journey to follow

how long does that take? its up to you………..you create this.

scanning the internet i see articles and posts that touch on every level of maslows heirarchy and that all makes sense as all are connected. what interests you will depend on where you are on your journey. all levels are valid and all build upon each other.

imagine what your business could become with people and leaders that are awake to themselves…………you don’t forget them after you’ve met them.

this is what i do..…i work with humans to self-actualise and its the most rewarding and beautiful thing i’ve ever seen.
